Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, or other secure online payment systems.
Coaching Packages
If coaching packages or programs are offered, full payment or payment plan terms will be provided at the time of enrollment.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been delivered.
Refunds for prepaid packages may be considered under limited circumstances at the discretion of Whole Life Health, LLC.
Program Commitment
Coaching results depend on individual commitment and participation. Outcomes are not guaranteed.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Whole Life Health, LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
